Please note, ProAiir Temporary Tattoo Ink is specifically designed for tattoos and is not recommended for full face or body painting. For these applications, we suggest using ProAiir Hybrid Makeup, which removes more gently with liquid soap.

Neon (UV, black light, fluorescent) pigments have not yet been evaluated and approved by the U.S. FDA for cosmetic use. In accordance with FDA guidelines, products containing these pigments should not be used around the eyes and are labeled as Special FX products for use on prosthetics, costumes, clothing, and similar applications.

These pigments have been reviewed by independent U.S.-based laboratories and are commonly used in professional body art and special effects. Those who choose to apply neon colors to the skin may first apply a thin layer of white makeup containing Titanium Dioxide as a barrier layer.
